LifePro Shield, Inc’s promise is that whatever armor you have purchased from us, has been tested and rated to protect you, the wearer, against threats within the specified NIJ level of your vest or armored plate. Each new LifePro Shield, Inc product (i) at a minimum is in Accordance with the NIJ rating, has been or is on its way to NIJ certification; (ii) has also been tested by an independent, NIJ-certified, accredited body armor testing laboratory- ours being NTS in Belcamp, MD; and (iii) has also been rigorously tested in-house, at our testing grounds— all to make sure your vest or armored plate lives up to its NIJ rating. The performance of our armor has been proven repeatedly before our first consumer ever wears it.
As the NIJ notes, no armor is 100% bulletproof. Like other armor manufactures, our attorneys mandate us to state the following. LifePro Shield, Inc assumes no liability and bears no liability for any use, misuse or failure to perform. All products are sold as is and with all faults, and no warranty of fitness or use can feasibly be provided. The risk of use, quality and performance of all products remains with the consumer. Ballistic, edged and spike resistance ratings are limited to the conditions under which laboratory testing was conducted, including but not limited to barrel length, shot distance, shot placement, temperature, powder, velocity, bullet mass, bullet composition, backing material, etc. If you have any questions or comments about these notices, please let us know. Rifle Rated Plates fall under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and are administered under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Export of Rifle Rated Plates are subject to the export control laws and regulations of the U.S. Government. Export or re-transfer of Rifle Rated Plates requires the written approval of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
