We offer free delivery on all orders $299+.

Once an order is placed, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and your selected shipping preferences. Estimated shipping dates are provided during the checkout process based on your chosen shipping provider.

What is the return policy? +

LifePro Shield offers free exchanges within 30 days of receiving the product for issues related to fitment, color selection, or damaged goods due to shipping errors. Armor-plated products are excluded from free exchanges. Exchanges for reasons other than shipping errors on our part or carrier damage may incur a shipping cost.

We offer an "Incident Guarantee." If our armor saves your life, we'll replace it for free. Simply provide the original armor, proof of purchase, and a police report. In this way, we can guarantee the quality of our products.

Is there a product testing program for individuals, or is it exclusively for dealers and wholesalers? +

We don’t offer new plates for those specifically interested in product testing. However, we have established a specialized sample program aimed at catering to dealers and wholesalers looking to assess our armor.
